For larger weddings another tent, table and chairs can be added for an additional charge. The rate is dependent upon the size needed / requested.
Two RVs are available across the meadow for your wedding party/guests to rent for an additional fee.

All wedding and reception packages (we can customize a package to suit your needs) include Two indoor restrooms , 3-days: time for set-up the day before (2pm or later), the day of the event (everyone should be off the property by midnight) and clean-up the day following the event. The bride and groom are responsible for all set-up, coordinating of vendors, deliveries, and clean-up. Trash must be secured by the end of the event and final clean-up can be done the following day. Someone from Glacier Meadows will be on site to assist and answer questions on the day of the rehearsal and the event day.

To reserve a date for your wedding ceremony, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required and should be sent with the Contract. Full payment is due 45 days prior to the event. Dates can only be held for five business days prior to receiving your signed lessee contract and deposit. Please realize that if you have booked a wedding, other brides will be turned away from your date. If you reschedule or cancel, we may not be able to schedule another wedding for that time and date.
